Bella Vista, Strandside, Dungarvan

This residential renovation and extension project at Bella Vista, Strandside involved the complete reworking of the existing home to create a brighter, more functional and energy-efficient living space.

Works included the demolition of the existing side garage and glazed porch, followed by the construction of new front and side extensions and extensive internal alterations throughout the property. A full energy retrofit and upgrade was also completed in line with SEAI standards, with Ashgrove Renewables managing the grant administration.

The finished project combines improved energy performance with a considered new layout, giving the home a fresh, modern feel while making better use of the available space.
