Bank of Ireland Site, Lismore

This project involved the restoration and redevelopment of the former Bank of Ireland building and grounds in the heart of Lismore.

The historic protected structure has been carefully brought back to life through extensive conservation and refurbishment works, alongside the redevelopment of the surrounding site. Works included upgrades to the existing building, roof, windows and doors, internal alterations, new services and associated external works.

To the rear, the grounds were transformed to accommodate five boutique glamping pods, including foundations, access routes, landscaping and full service connections.

Together, the works have given a long-vacant town-centre property a new purpose, combining the conservation of an important historic building with high-quality visitor accommodation for Lismore.
