Job Opportunity | Conor Phelan Construction : Office Administrator (Part-Time / Flexible working arrangements)
Location: Dungarvan, Co. Waterford

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy construction company.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general enquiries
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and update company databases
  • Assist with invoicing, coding of invoices, and general accounts tasks
  • Provide administrative support to management as required
  • Help coordinate office operations and support team workflow

Requirements / Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Sage accounting software is an advantage, but not essential
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Location: In-person (office)
